Return & Refund Policy
Information on your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, returning goods and receiving a refund. This policy is intended to be read together with our German withdrawal notice (Widerrufsbelehrung).

Withdrawal: Consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw without giving a reason.
Returning goods: Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.
Refund: We reimburse eligible payments within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, subject to our legal right to withhold payment until the goods or proof of return are received.
Return shipping: Direct return shipping costs are borne by you.

Who this policy applies to
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity. The statutory right of withdrawal described below applies to consumers.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, if one item or several items from a single order are delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item, if several items from one order are delivered separately;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or piece, if an item is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example, a letter or an email):

You may use the model withdrawal form in section 6, but you are not required to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Effects of withdrawal and refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
This does not include additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
3. Returning the goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before this 14-day period expires.

This is the return shipping address. It differs from the business contact address used for withdrawal notifications.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be returned by standard parcel delivery, return shipping costs may amount to approximately EUR 69.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Multiple parcels: If your order arrives in separate shipments, keep track of all items being returned. The start of the withdrawal period for a single order delivered in separate items is explained in section 1.
4. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after conclusion and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader's control;
- newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscription contracts.
These are statutory categories and do not mean that every product sold by Grow Your Smile falls within an exclusion. Discounted goods are not automatically excluded from statutory withdrawal rights.
5. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts concerning:
- sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
6. Model withdrawal form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete and send the following form. Using this form is optional; a clear statement by email or letter is sufficient.
